This is for you if: You want to provide on site childcare at your wedding, but in a separate space from the reception (such as another conference or ballroom).

Wedding Childcare: Package Four

This package is perfect if you want to provide your wedding guests on site childcare, but you don’t want kids at the wedding itself.  

We’ll provide you with a wedding-specific child registration link to share in advance so we know who’s coming. You provide a designated child-friendly space at the wedding venue (same location, but completely separate room and out of wedding-festivity-earshot), and we will supply the sitters and activities! 

Super Sitters keeps the kids entertained and cared for, making sure your guests are able to enjoy your wedding knowing the kids are safely playing nearby.  

This package includes our Super Activity Kit. A wedding-specific selection of toys, games, and activities curated to the specific space, and registered children’s ages and preferences.

How it Works:

  • Complete a consultation call with our wedding childcare team to discuss the needs of the event and expectations of the sitters.
  • We provide you with a custom estimate, timeline, and suggested childcare management plan for your wedding.
  • Base Rate is the deposit and is due at contract signing to secure your date.
  • After child registration, your dedicated Wedding Childcare Manager will review and provide an amendment to your invoice, adjusting the total sitter count accordingly.
  • Day-of, our team manages the check-ins and outs of the children, oversees all activities, and communicates with parents as needed.

  • Pricing begins at $1,200, plus sitter hourly
