Event Childcare: Package Two

This package is perfect if you have your own event manager and childcare leader, you simply need more hands.

Our event manager will discuss the details with your existing event team to learn about the help you need, and how our Super Sitters can facilitate the plan you have in place.

Your team manages all logistics, preparation, registration, and communication with your attendees, and our Event Sitters show up to help the event run smoothly.

How it Works

  • Complete a consultation call with our event childcare team to discuss the needs of the event and expectations of the staff.
  • Base Rate is the deposit and is due to secure placement.
  • Our dedicated events team works with your team to determine number of sitters, expectations, and management.
  • After the balance is paid (14 days out), our team will share the sitter information with you and your team.
  • Day-of, our sitter team assists your team during your event!

Pricing

  • Pricing begins at $50 placement fee per sitter, plus sitter hourly
