Event Childcare: Package Five

This is perfect for events that want children involved and/or able to come in and out of the event activities freely, but also want them supervised.

You share the event details with our event manager, tell us about the space, what you envision for your event and how the kids will be involved. We’ll provide you an event-specific childcare registration link to share with the attendees, ensuring an accurate attendance number. 

We provide Super Sitters to organize, lead, and facilitate everything event-childcare related from kid check-in, to check-out. Our sitters make sure the kids are there for the activities, immersed in the event, without their adults having to focus solely on their kids. 

This package includes our Super Activity Kit. An event-specific selection of toys, games, and activities curated to the registered children’s ages, preferences, and the event itself.

How it Works

  • Complete a consultation call with our event childcare team to discuss the needs of the event and expectations of the staff.
  • We will provide you a custom estimate, timeline, and suggested childcare management plan for your event.
  • Base Rate is the deposit and is due at contract signing.
  • After child registration, your dedicated Event Childcare Manager will review and provide an amendment to your invoice, adjusting the total sitter count accordingly.
  • After the balance is paid (14 days out), our team will share the full sitter team list with your team, including bios.
  • Day-of, our team manages the check-ins and outs of the children, oversees all activities, and communicates with parents as needed.

  • Pricing begins at $2,000, plus sitter hourly
