How Do We Simplify Event Childcare?
After an initial consultation call, we send a proposal, finalize it, and we’ll be ready for your event! We have five different ways we can work together—see below.
EVENT PACKAGE ONE
Guests Book & Guests Pay
CHICAGO ONLY: If you want to provide your event attendees a childcare solution, but want them to pay for it, this package is for you. We provide information for you to share on your website or invite, and your attendees book directly with us.

EVENT PACKAGE TWO
Extra Staff for Your Childcare Team
NATIONWIDE: You and your team manage the childcare, but need extra hands on the day-of. We learn about your event and place Super Sitters to help your team.

EVENT PACKAGE THREE
Group Childcare - Off-Site
NATIONWIDE: You secure a room to be used for childcare, away from the event location, such as a conference room at another hotel. We manage registration, day-of check-in and -out, select the best sitter team, and manage the day’s childcare activities!

EVENT PACKAGE FOUR
Group Childcare - On-Site, Out-of-Sight
NATIONWIDE: You provide a designated child-friendly space at your event venue for parents to drop off their child(ren), such as a separate ballroom or conference room. We manage registration, day-of check-in and -out, provide the appropriate sitter team, and manage the day’s childcare activities!

EVENT PACKAGE FIVE
Group Childcare - On-Site, In-Sight
NATIONWIDE: You provide a designated “kids hub” within your event space, and we supply the sitters. Kids are allowed to participate in the event with the guests, and our sitter team acts as the care providers for the children within the event space itself.

Why should we provide childcare at a corporate event?
It helps boost attendance and engagement, especially for conferences, retreats, or company parties. Parents can fully focus knowing their children are in safe, professional hands. It’s also a strong signal that your organization values inclusion and family-friendliness.
Do you work with corporate venues and hotels?
Yes. We’re experienced with conference centers, hotel ballrooms, office campuses, and offsite retreat venues. We coordinate with venue managers to ensure compliance with space, liability, and safety requirements.
How many sitters do we need?
Staffing depends on the number and ages of children, the schedule, and the venue layout. After our consultation call, our team will provide an estimate which includes the sitter count based on your expected kid count and details shared on the call. Once childcare registration is complete, we will amend the final invoice and sitter count according to actual event needs. Super Sitters reserves the right to determine the sitter count needed.
What does the childcare setup include?
We provide sitters, games, and activities suitable for all ages. We can also design theme-based programs, bring STEM or creative kits, supervise outdoor play (venue permitting), and create a quiet zone for naps and downtime. Activity kit and scope is determined per-event based on your consultation call with our team.
Can childcare be scheduled for part of the day?
Absolutely. We can provide coverage for breakout sessions, keynote hours, evening receptions, or full-day agendas — whatever your event requires.
How do you handle safety and emergencies?
All sitters are CPR/First Aid certified, and we require emergency contact info from parents. A lead sitter coordinates protocols, carries a first aid kit, and ensures quick communication in case of any issue.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend at least 8-12 weeks for conferences and retreats, especially during busy corporate event seasons. We utilize an Addendum Process, where we adjust the final invoice ~6 weeks out based on your actual needs, so there’s no down side to reaching out early! The typical childcare registration deadline is 6 weeks before the event. Shorter lead times are possible, depending on sitter availability. Rush fees may apply.
What are the costs and payment terms?
Packages are priced with the following structure:
- Base Fee – covers everything in the corresponding package, including the minimum sitter count placement fees
- Sitter Hourly – per hour, per sitter – this is separate from and in addition to the Base Fee
- Additional Fees may include: Placement fees for any sitters needed above and beyond the package minimum, Large Event Fee – for events with 20+ children (which includes additional on-site administrative support), and/or Rush Fees (for events booked with less than 6 weeks notice). Holiday surcharges also apply on major holidays and are included in any estimates where applicable. Travel Stipend and/or Parking may be required on a case by case basis.
Base Fee(s) are due to secure your event childcare, and are non-refundable. Balance is due 2 weeks before event.
