Your family deserves more than an algorithm or bot choosing your babysitter. Our human staff match Super Sitters to your individual requests, allowing the tiny details to be factored in.

Sitter Matching Process

You have registered, completed your intake call, and submitted a request: what happens now?

We match a Super Sitter that you’re going to love, that’s what.

1. You Submit Your Request(s)

You log into your portal to access the Request Form. You’ll enter the requested date, start and end times, and then include any details specific to the particular placement, including requesting your favorite sitter(s) by name!

We take it from here.

2. We Match A Sitter To Your Request

A Super Sitters human will match a sitter to your specific request. This is where the magic happens.

The match is based on the details you shared on your profile and in your intake call, your child(rens’) ages, the expectations of the placement, your pets, location, etc. Different details matter differently for each family and we factor it all in.

3. We Confirm And Send You The Details

Once we’ve identified a match, you get a detailed sitter profile with sitter name, contact details, and background. This is also when payment is due to the agency.

Your Super Sitter will get the same information about you, including the important details about the kids, and what qualities you want in a sitter.

4. You Prep The Kids (And Yourself)

It’s totally okay to be nervous to meet a new sitter, AND also totally okay to be comfortable and ready to jump right in. Regardless of how you are starting out, make sure you, the kids, and your home are set up for success with your sitter.

5. You Tell Us How It Went

We live for feedback. We use sitter and family feedback to be sure our matches stellar, to help us update family profiles and monitor sitter strengths, and to know who is a top pick match for both families and sitters!

We’ll ask for new feedback each time you have met a new Super Sitter.

6. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.

Log back in, submit a new request, and relax in knowing that booking a Super Sitter really is this easy.
